Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Processing Time: How long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order at the post office.
Each Chapter Four order is handmade by me, which means a little extra time and care goes into every piece. Our current processing time is 1-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some orders may ship sooner, depending on what's in your cart and how busy the shop shelves are!
Shipping Time: How long it will take your order to arrive once dropped off at the post office.
3-8 business days. Please keep in mind this is just an estimate - delivery times can vary depending on your location, postal service speed, and any delays outside of our control.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, Chapter Four ships only within the United States. But don't worry, international friends - our Etsy shop is coming soon, and we can't wait to send a little magic your way!
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Once a shipping label has been created, we're unable to make any changes to your address. Please take a moment to review your shipping and billing information carefully before finalizing your order, so your happy mail finds its way straight to your doorstep!
Missing Mail?
Sometimes USPS tracking likes to tell tales before your package actually arrives. If your tracking shows "delivered" but your order hasn't turned up, please give it a few days as packages often appear soon after.
If it still hasn't arrived, we recommend contacting your local USPS office and asking them to do a lost item search. Once your order has been marked as delivered, Chapter Four isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages - but we hope your mail finds its way home soon!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As a small business, we do not accepts returns. Please double-check your order before checking out.
Can I exchange an item?
All sales are final unless the mistake was on our end (such as receiving the wrong item). If that happens, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery so we can make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! We're so sorry your order didn't arrive in perfect condition. Please send us an email within 2 business days of delivery, along with a clear photo of the item and its packaging, so we can help make it right. After that window, we're unable to resolve any issues, but we'll always do our best to ensure your Chapter Four goodies arrive safe and sound.

Processing, Shipping & Tracking
All wholesale items are made to order by me, so I begin working on your order as soon as it's placed. Wholesale orders typically ship within 7-14 business days, not including shipping time, so please allow extra time for your package to arrive once it's on its way.
I ship all orders via USPS, and you'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Can I request Rush Processing for my wholesale order?
Yes! Select items - including mugs, stickers, e-reader inserts, and bookmarks - may be eligible for rush processing (3-5 business days). Please reach out before placing your order so I can confirm availability and make sure I'm able to fit your request into my current schedule.
Please note: Rush processing speeds up production time but doesn't affect shipping time once your order leaves my hands.
Can I cancel my wholesale order?
I cannot modify the address once the order has a paid shipping label prepared. Please ensure that you carefully verify all shipping and billing details before finalizing your order.
Unexpected Delays
If anything unexpected comes up that might delay your order, I'll let you know as soon as possible via email - you'll never be left in the dark!

Do you use AI-generated art in your designs?
No 🤍 Every Chapter Four design is created by real people. I design many pieces myself and thoughtfully source from independent artists I love and trust. Supporting human creativity and the heart behind handmade work is very important to us!
