How long will it take to receive my order?

PROCESSING TIME - How long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order at the post office:

Our current processing time is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). It is possible some orders may ship earlier than expected. Please remember that all of our products are handmade and packaged by me, which takes a lot of time!

SHIPPING TIME - How long it will take your order to arrive once dropped off at the post office:

3-8 business days. *please notethis is an estimated time frame! The actual delivery times will depend on multiple factors like your location, postal services, and any delays out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, our Etsy shop will be launching soon to serve our international customers!

Can I change my address after placing order?

I cannot modify the address once the order has a paid shipping label prepared. Please ensure that you carefully verify all shipping and billing details before finalizing your order.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 2 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking says that the package has arrived when it actually hasn’t, please allow a few days for the item to arrive as USPS’s tracking can sometimes be inaccurate. If your package has still not arrived, please contact your local USPS office and request that they do a lost item search. Chapter Four is not responsible for lost or stole items.
