CURRENT SHIPPING STATUS (12/21/25):

All orders as of today have been dropped off at USPS. Once your order is in their hands, delivery timelines may depend on USPS processing and transit speeds.

ㅤ♡ Please be patient - this is the busiest time of year for mail, and delays are completely normal during the holiday season. 

What to Expect:

• Tracking may take extra time to update, especially during peak volume.
• Packages may skip scans, even while moving through the network.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed during this season.
• "Stuck" tracking usually updates once the package reaches the next sorting facility.

When to Reach Out:

If your package has zero tracking updates for 7+ business days or seems genuinely lost, please contact me and I'll help look into it.ㅤ♡

 

Processing Time - How long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order at USPS or UPS.

Our current processing time is 5-10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Processing time does not include the day your order is placed. Day 1 begins the following business day.  It is possible some orders may ship earlier than expected. Please remember that all of our products are made to order and that takes time!

 

Shipping Time - How long it will take your order to arrive once dropped off at the shipping carrier.

3-8 business days. *Please note: this is an estimated time frame! The actual delivery times will depend on multiple factors like your location, shipping carrier, holidays, and any other delays out of our control. 

We cannot modify your shipping address once the order has a paid shipping label prepared. Please ensure that you carefully verify all shipping and billing details before finalizing your order!

 

Wholesale Processing & Shipping

• Because every Chapter Four item is made to order by me, I begin working on your order right away. For this reason, I'm unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
• Orders are typically ready to ship within 7-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• All orders are shipped with care via USPS, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.
• Rush Options: Need your goodies faster? Mugs, stickers, kindle inserts, and bookmarks may be eligible for rush processing (3-5 business days). Just reach out before ordering, and I'll let you know what's possible.
  
• If something unexpected comes up (like a vendor delay), I'll always keep you in the loop.
